The Trustees of the HOA reserve the right to amend or alter any rules at any time without prior notice to the owners.

Home owners are responsible to ensure their tenants are aware of the rules in De Tuin.

No functions will be allowed in the park without prior written consent from the HOA.

The pool and park area is for the exclusive use of owners and/or residents of De Tuin.
Dogs
You are responsible for your dog.

Dogs must be leash-controlled at all times.

Enjoy your walks with your pets but please clean up after them.

The owners of the dogs will be held liable for any possible injuries sustained to any individual person.
Refuse Collection
Refuse collection days are as follows:

Black bin: Thursdays

Recycling: Fridays
​
Your bin should only be placed outside on collection days.
Trees and Shrubs
Trees and shrubs must be trimmed:
