These facilities shall be used with due regard to the rights of others enjoying the same facilities.

Any complaints by owners of sections pertaining to common property, violations of the rules must be referred in writing to trustees.

The Trustees of the HOA reserve the right to prohibit the use of the park & facilities to any individual or group at any time.

• No vehicles, motorcycles or bicycles are allowed on or in the De Tuin park area.

• Litter and refuse shall be deposited in containers reserved for this purpose.

• Damaging of any property/structure/garden in the park and pool area will be seen as a criminal offence and will be addressed accordingly.

 

Each owner or tenant hereby absolves the HOA from liability, loss claim or damages whatsoever and howsoever arising in connection with the use of the pool, recreational amenities and park area and indemnifies and holds the HOA harmless in respect of any actions or claims brought by or any losses or damages sustained by any owner/s or tenant/s invitees or persons using the entertainment and recreational amenities through such owner or tenant, arising directly or indirectly in connection with such use.
