Swimming Pool & Enclosure
The use of the swimming pool will be restricted to the following hours:

SUMMER:
Open
WINTER:
Closed
​
(Note: The pool may be closed from time to time for maintenance, water restrictions or other necessary requirements)

The Trustees reserve the right to prohibit the use of the pool by any individual or group at any time without given reason.
The Trustees have delegated the right to the Resident Manager to evict any person(s) from the pool enclosure should they in their sole opinion deem that such person(s) is/are not adhering to the rules or are infringing on the rights of other parties.
Litter and refuse shall be disposed of in the bin reserved for this purpose only.

The Trustees reserve the right to amend or alter any or all the Rules at any one time without prior notice.
Swimming Pool Rules

No children under the age of 13 years are allowed without adult supervision.

No games of any description will be permitted within the pool enclosure.

No radios, tubes, surfboards, lilos or any other object will be permitted in the pool.

No "bombing" in the swimming pool.

No ball games in, around or against the building.

Each individual home owner, tenant or family group per house will be allowed a maximum of two guests and their children at any one time.

Guests may not use the pool unless accompanied by their host who must be over the age of 18 years.

The use of the pool enclosure shall be at the sole risk of each of the owners or tenants and their respective guests and family members.
